Arabian Knight is a family-owned hookah and coffee lounge located in Lancaster City, Pennsylvania. We opened our doors in 2012 with serving hookahs and hookah products. We were quick to add popular hookah add-ons for our customers such as the ice-hose, water flavor, and
the best coals, the coconut shells. Throughout the years we have decorated our store with decorations, hookahs, paintings, belly dancing outfits, and middle eastern accessories brought
straight from Middle Eastern countries such as Egypt, Turkey, Iraq, and Syria. We are known for our realistic mannequin that greets customers as they walk in with his traditional beard and
clothing. Our appetizers are homemade and guaranteed to please our customers with unique, authentic taste.
ABOUT THE HOOKAH
Most commonly known for its appearance in Alice in Wonderland, hookah, or narghile, is a single or multi-stemmed instrument for smoking flavored tobacco called mu’assel in which the smoke is passed through a glass-based water basin before inhalation. The origin of the hookah is believed to be India and Persia. The hookah look seen frequently in our lounge only started in the
late 18th century and later became popular in the 19th century, used mostly by women. In the past, it was believed that rejecting an invitation to smoke hookah was rude, so don’t reject our Invitation to smoke with us!
